All sales are final

Every GlowyCases order is final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or for choosing the wrong colour or AirPods model.

Please double-check your AirPods model and colour before placing your order. If you're not sure which model you have, contact us before you buy and we'll help you pick the right one.

Order problems

If there's a problem with your order, like it arrives damaged or hasn't arrived, email us at caleblefebvre11@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll look into it.

Cancellations

Orders can't be cancelled once they've been placed.
